What happens next:

Give us a few hours to spot your order in our inbox and review it.

Then we’ll send you a detailed questionnaire tailored specifically to the choices you’ve made – including asking which Genesis child theme you’d prefer to use, so now is the time to start looking them over.

Since this is a discounted program and there are only so many hours in a day, we will communicate with you 100% via email unless we reach some sort of communications impasse.

Once we get all our questions answered, we’ll begin work on the header and/or logo for your project, and let you know when you can expect to see your concept coming to you.

After you approve the header and/or logo, we’ll move on to any other customizations included in your order.

If you feel that you haven’t been responded to in an appropriate interval (within 24 hours on a business day), email Cynthia and let us know so we can make sure we didn’t miss an order notification.
