We don’t charge by the hour, because sometimes we’re slow and sometimes we’re fast. We don’t want you worrying about how long we spend making macrame from pocket lint. It’s all part of the creative process. Promise. We’ll interview you about what you’re looking to accomplish, make some recommendations, and prepare a fixed-price proposal for your project. Ongoing Website and Technical Support – WebMistress Service
If we’ve built you a website or a blog, you can have us on call to help you with content management and technical support issues regarding that site for a monthly fee. For example, we’ll help with small updates and web host interface issues. If you would like a completely updated design or just some fresh copy, you are eligible for discounts if you are on the monthly support plan. Host with us, and your hosting is free with a WebMistress Service subscription!
