But I don’t suppose you REALLY want to know about me on THAT level, do you?
I’m Luna McNally, and I’m the founder of this little enterprise. (No, not THAT Enterprise, although I hope we all live long and prosper – isn’t that what we’re trying to do here?)
Some time around 1980, I sat down at my first personal computer – a Radio Shack TRS-80, and I was captivated. All I could do was draw pretty pixel pictures that took hundreds of the most rudimentary lines in BASIC to achieve, and I never could figure out how to get those lines to save to my cassette tape, but it was a whole new world.
Fast forward to the mid-90s and cue the shriek of a dial-up modem and a Prodigy account – online communication was suddenly available to the masses. I could talk to people all over the globe with similar interests!
By the turn of the millennium, I had made hundreds of posts and several good friends on the This Old House forums, and learned all sorts of tips and tricks, like how to get black carpet glue off of vintage hardwood floors.
It may not come as a surprise, then, that TRANSFORMATION is my jam. Whether it’s ripping out old carpet and repainting a house, or transforming your online home into a welcoming, engaging place for visitors to hang out, that’s what gets me out of bed in the morning.
I hand-built my first website for a photography studio back in 2002, and knew I was in love.

If you’ve got a Rowboat Media website dating from 2010-2018, odds are Deborah designed it. Her fingerprints are ALL over the portfolio section of our website.
After about 8 years toiling away in the Rowboat, Deborah has moved on to other artistic pursuits, but she’ll never be forgotten – and she’s still around when you least expect her. You can find her visual stylings and LOTS of cat photos over on the Instagram.
